Welcome
The whole ranch is for your group only: the pool, the terrace, the beach and the kitchen. Nothing is shared with strangers.
There are hammocks on the lawn, a basketball court, a BBQ grill and a covered gathering area. Inside you get Wi-Fi, A/C in the bedrooms, living room and equipped kitchen, and a smart TV. Bringing a pet? Let us know before booking. When you arrive we share our digital guide to places to eat and shop nearby.

Booking & cancellation
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date.
You can cancel 10 to 15 days in advance. After that, only rescheduling applies.
The booking holder is responsible for repairing or replacing anything damaged during the stay.
Bookings via WhatsApp and Airbnb.
House rules
Living together
Keep doors closed while it’s on so it cools properly and mosquitoes stay out.
A broken glass or plate means draining and cleaning the entire pool.
Confetti is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Keep music down from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pre-approval required. Not allowed on beds or sofas, or in the pool.
No smoking indoors and no going into the sea after drinking. Always watch children at the beach and pool, and check the water temperature before showering.
Leave trash in tied bags in the outdoor bin, check your belongings and make sure the whole group is together.
